International shipping is available to selected countries. Orders shipped outside the UAE may take longer than local deliveries.
Delivery times depend on the destination country, courier company, and customs procedures. The estimated delivery time will be shared with the customer when the order is confirmed.
Shipping and Delivery Fees
Shipping and delivery fees are charged separately from the price of the products. Delivery fees are not included in the product price.

The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties or additional taxes. These charges are not included in the order value or the shipping fees paid to Loviano.
Delivery Delays

We will assist the customer and follow up with the courier company in the event of a delivery delay.
Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number before completing the order.
Loviano is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
